The Need:
Lewis & Clark Resort wanted to stay connected with past guests while continuing to reach new audiences online. The owner needed support regularly posting to Facebook and Instagram, along with help creating advertising and marketing materials that would keep the resort’s brand looking consistent across multiple channels.
The Work:
I manage the resort’s organic social media presence, creating regular posts for Facebook and Instagram that highlight the experience guests can expect when visiting. I also design print and digital advertising that keeps the brand visually consistent wherever it appears. In addition, I’ve created merchandise designs, photographed the resort when needed, developed marketing materials such as a travel show backdrop, and assisted with updates to the resort’s website.
The Result:
The marketing materials helped present programs and events in a fun yet professional way, keeping current members engaged and gaining the attention of new audiences. Meta advertising strengthened awareness in the community and supported continued membership growth. The custom apparel designs further built member pride and visibility, turning loyal clients into enthusiastic ambassadors for the brand.
